Is my contribution refundable?

Privacy & photos
Who sees my photos?
Photos support verification and safety on the platform. Do not upload imagery that identifies private homes beyond what you are comfortable sharing publicly on a neighbourhood map.
Does Kerbo track my location?
Precise location is used where you allow it to verify reports and completions. See the Privacy Policy for lawful bases and retention.
Payouts
How do fixers get paid?
Kerbo routes payouts through Stripe Connect where enabled. Fixers complete onboarding and payouts follow verification.
When is a bounty unlocked?
After documentation passes Kerbo’s verification checks for that issue. Timing varies by case complexity.
Disputes
What if someone disputes a fix?
Use in-app flows and support channels described in our Terms and Safety pages. We prioritize evidence tied to the issue thread.

Will councils see my reports?
